Talents/Strengths: She's really smart. An accomplished inventor, more of a thinker.
Weaknesses: Short body, shorter fuse. Jimmy Two-Shoes.
Brief History: Imagine a little child, murdering innocent people. Causing death and destruction wherever she goes, to the point where the only place left to go is up in a shoot-out with the police, with two being planted right above the forehead. Imagine her being sent to hell to cause misery for everyone else. Now, imagine that being scrapped but the whole misery thing being kept, and you have Heloise's backstory.

Heloise works for Lucius Heinous VII most of the time, designing various weapons and machines with the sole purpose of either making the monsters of Miseryville miserable, or making Lucius happy. She instead, serves only to make herself happy.
Brief Personality: Heloise is cruel and mean and LOVES IT. She's a tad sarcastic and snarky, but look at what she deals with. She enjoys some alone time, but when she's with someone, she'd much rather it be Jimmy. She likes Jimmy.

Hates everyone else, though. But, she tolerates them. It's funnier to watch them scatter like rats later.

Their World: Miseryville is a cross between a normal city/town and... well, Hell. Demons and monsters everywhere, lava and fire and nothing but misery. Except for Jimmy Two-Shoes trying to make things more cheerful. Lame. The whole thing is centered around one factory run by Lucius Heinous VII, where most everyone in Miseryville works.
